Job Opportunity: Skilled Repairs & Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a service-minded, positive, responsible, and experienced individual to perform repairs and improvements on single-family homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Painting

Plumbing

"Make-ready" construction tasks, including:

Hanging mini blinds

Patching walls

Replacing switch plates

Hanging doors

Replacing windows

Cleaning and general property upkeep

Requirements:

Must be skilled in the tasks listed above

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must have a pickup truck
