Regional Manager or Manager Team

We are looking for a Regional Manager or Manager Team to oversee multiple properties in Walla Walla, Pasco, and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with an annual salary of $30,000.

Responsibilities include ensuring communities are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. The role also involves enforcing community rules, posting notices, and handling property-related communications. Experience in property management is a must, and bilingual skills are a plus. Candidates must be reliable, have their own transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
