Position: Head Spa Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Hillcrest San Diego

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 30 hours bi-weekly

Compensation:

Initial Pay: $18 per hour with potential earnings from tips.

After Trial Periods: Increase in hourly, with potential earnings including tips. Opportunity to advance into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional relaxing head spa services, including scalp treatments, massages, facials, and scalp wellness consultations

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment

Manage appointments and maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace

Recommend appropriate products and follow-up treatments

Qualifications/Preferences:

Previous experience in spa, salon, or wellness industry preferred

Massage knowledge or willingness to learn

Proficient in professional blow-drying techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, professional, and able to manage time effectively

Passionate about hair care and enhancing the well-being of others

Must have cosmetology license
