Superintendent Lead Carpenter- Full Time

We are a home builder with 8-10 residential projects in the east bay every year.

We are hiring a Superintedent Lead Carpenter to help handle daily field operations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, company truck, personal vehicle mileage and an opportunity for profit share on every project. (Profit Share, Paid Leave, Health and other benefits offered after an introductory period.) Starting compenstation $50/hr.

You should have verifiable experience managing residential builds including:

-Site layout and slab on grade foundations

-Rough framing

-Siding

-Roofing

-Door, window casing, pediments, quoins, and other exterior and interior architectural details

-Interior finish carpentry casing and trim

-Flooring and tile installation

-Basic electrical and plumbing

-And other 'punch list' items

Main Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry at journeyman level

Coordinate subcontractors and employees

Maintain an organized worksites, tools and materials inventory

Read and implement building plans and cut sheets

Demonstrate and enforce safe and professional work habits

Other qualifications:

Good driving record and valid CA drivers license

Reliable transportation, work truck desirable

Bilingual Spanish/English desirable
