Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by managing vehicle inventory, assisting customers and taking payments. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

Duties:

Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.

Take payment for release of vehicle.

Making sure paperwork (invoice) is completed accurately.

Handle cash register transactions accurately when needed for customer payments or deposits.

Provide access to lot

Must have good mobility for stairs.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on detail and communication.

Some Knowledge of Vehicle Make and Model is preferred but not required.

Positive attitude.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
