Investment fund lawyer - part-time / contract

Quiet family office seeks an investment fund lawyer. You should be broadly familiar with the needs of family office and retirement plan investors. Must be familiar with diligence procedures, subscription agreements, partnership agreements, KYC, etc. Unimportant whether you worked for sponsor, investor, or manager. This is a part-time / contract role that could become a long-term role either part of full time. Several years experience required, but also, if you are some years out of the market for family / other reasons, that is OK, we need someone who understands the work and don't mind if you need to get up to speed on current practice trends. Calm demeanor a must.
