Healing Space available to share early May

I will be opening a new Massage studio in Penn Valley in the shopping center with Holiday Market across from the main gate of Lake Wildwood early May, by Mother's Day for sure. I am looking for another massage therapist or complimentary practitioner to share the space & expenses. I have been a massage therapist for 22 years & just relocated to the area from the Oregon Coast. I won't have access to the space until May 1st so, I can't post pictures yet and it will need some cleaning and set up time. It's a great space, with a fantastic landlord, peaceful & quiet with good energy. It has a small back room aside from the main space. It is next to a dentist, psychiatrist and a beauty salon 2 doors down next to a well maintained shared bath. (plus a $300. deposit) I already have a website from my established business in Oregon and years of marketing experience. I would be happy to include you on my website & help promote us both in numerous ways. I am looking for a drama free, good communicator, who is respectful, dependable, has great energy and simply wants to create a thriving healing business in this beautiful community. You will working as an independent contractor unless you prefer working as an employee under my business license. Either way, you will need to be a certified MT or have necessary credentials for your profession if another type of practitioner. ft or pt is up to you.
