Gardeners

Full time/Part time gardeners for the 2025 season; April 28 - October 31. The work week is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday with Saturdays available.

We are looking for:

Candidates with a desire to be a part of a professional team who take pride in their work and enjoy horticulture and working outdoors.

We require good communication skills, the ability and knowledge, or desire to learn; the proper planting and maintenance of flower gardens, and container gardens.

Maintenance includes: weeding, removal of spent blooms, spring and fall cut back, fertilization, mulch installation, hand watering as needed, and disease and insect identification and treatment.

The ideal candidate will have good observation skills, be detail oriented, have an interest in sustainability and eco friendly methods and products and the ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and management.

Workers must have transportation to and from work, we meet at 8AM each work day in Avon. Driver's license preferred.

Experience welcome, training provided.
