Commercial Real Estate Broker Seeking Part-time Assistant
Commercial Real Estate Broker is seeking a part-time assistant, with a strong interest in real estate, to assist in day-to-day activities. Which would ideally segue into a long term, mutually successful relationship with growth opportunites.
Quck Notes:
We both must be willing to COMMIT to working together for a MINIMUM of 10 hours per week to start (there would be ample flex time for you).

Meetings and training would be a hybrid of zoom calls and in-person.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Online research for listings and comps.
Create and manage direct marketing campaigns.
Prepare and market acquired listings - taking photos, creating content, posting, and managing ads on various online platforms.
Managing Marketing campaigns - draft marketing documents such as letters, post cards, flyers. social Media.
Occasional showings as needed.
Data Entry and Calendar management as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent writing skills and prose.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic skills in Excel spreadsheets.
Some experience in AI with a desire to grow into efficiency.
Live in San Francisco and mobile.
