Experienced remodeler

Local Contractors seeking experienced tradesperson to work alongside GC. Work is largely residential remodeling of bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor structures. Work is mainly in Alameda. Very occasionally we may venture into Oakland, Berkeley, etc. We do not service SF.

Candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills. Be proficient in relevant trades. Must have transportation and basic tools. Hourly rate starts at $28 per hour.
