We are seeking an experienced Servers to provide exceptional service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, proficiency in wine service, and a commitment to creating an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Open and serve wine bottles professionally.

Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

Assist with table settings and ensure proper table maintenance.

Handle guest complaints gracefully and promptly.

Process payment accurately and efficiently.

Requirements;

Minimum of 2 years experience as a server in a fine dining/casual dinning restaurant

knowledge of food, wine, and beverage

Proficiency in opening and serving wine

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Ability to work evenings
