HIRING SERVER

Job Summary:

Servers make sure restaurant guests have a great experience. They take orders, bring food and drinks, and make sure customers are happy.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome and show customers to their tables.

Taking Orders: Listen to what customers want to eat and drink, write it down, and give the order to the kitchen.

Serving Food and Drinks: Bring the food and drinks to the table, making sure everything is right.

Checking on Guests: Visit the table regularly to see if they need anything.

Handling Payments: Give customers their bill, take payments, and give change if needed.

Keeping Things Clean: Clear tables, clean up messes, and make sure the dining area looks nice.

Teamwork: Work with the kitchen and bar staff to make sure orders come out on time.

Suggesting More Items: Recommend extra food or drinks to customers to increase sales.

Following Rules: Follow safety rules, alcohol laws, and restaurant rules.

Customer Service: Be polite, handle complaints, and try to make customers happy.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
