Join us in creating something extraordinary! From the team behind INNESS, Lola Pizza, Ray’s Bar and Freemans, we’re thrilled to announce the opening of a new café, market and restaurant this Spring in the heart of Rhinebeck, NY.

Our concept celebrates the beauty of farm-to-table dining in the Hudson Valley, focusing on vegetable-forward dishes, housemade pasta, artisan flatbreads, and freshly baked goods. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented line cooks to help bring this vision to life.

The Role:

You are responsible for your station including proper mise en place, set up and execution of food items during service.

Communication with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to complete daily tasks as required.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Maintaining sanitation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 Year of hospitality experience preferred, preferably with pasta, pizza and/or bakery experience, but willing to train the right candidates.

Culinary Arts degree or advanced culinary arts certification is a plus but not required.

A love for farm-to-table cooking and an enthusiasm and willingness to learn about and prepare vegetable-focused dishes, housemade pastas and pizzas.

Commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and an impeccable kitchen environment.

Reliable; able to get to work on time and stay focused and efficient.
