Sr. (Lead) Business Analyst - REQ-2025-3986DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Flexible Work Arrangement: HybridThe Sr. (Lead) Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the business functions and processes of the Corporate Client Services (CCS) division, other business areas and the independent market monitor. In support of that responsibility, the Business Analyst will work with product team members and IT staff to ensure the processes and solutions meet the business needs, and are developed and implemented with high quality.The scope of responsibility for the position includes project support, as well as maintenance and support activities related to tools, applications and processes owned by the team. Additionally, the analyst will partner with stakeholders and IT staff to implement strategic initiatives related to cloud services, process improvements, new solutions/technology and data and analytics.Essential Functions:

Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes and communicate this understanding across the teams

Establish a positive, service-oriented relationship with business by providing superior customer support as demonstrated by clearly owning, resolving and communicating issues and problems, and being responsive to needs, requirements, and deadlines

Participate as a member of a cross-functional scrum team

Act as a primary point-of-contact for the organization for key enterprise applications

Secure needed resources through participation in ITS planning processes

Work with the IT resources, such as enterprise architecture and development teams to implement solutions

Coordinate change management and release schedules for business products

Manage lifecycle, license and vendors for the products owned by the team

Lead production migration, readiness planning and solution delivery

Project/Program Management run projects that require coordination across multiple teams and departments (e.g. sponsored corporate goals)

Have primary responsibility for leading all functional deliverables other than application code (work estimates, requirements documentation, conceptual design documentation, detailed design documentation, testing efforts and test plans, migration plans)

Schedule and participate in or facilitate and lead meetings as necessary (e.g., requirements definition sessions, design reviews, issue resolution, status meetings, etc.)

Ensure appropriate level of controls are applied to work efforts, including security requirements, to ensure efficient delivery of robust, effective business solutions

Provide quality assurance review during the design, development and testing processes

Integrate systems from external vendors

Research new technologies and solutions and present benefits to stakeholdersCharacteristics & Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

At least 5 years of experience in Agile Scrum

Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis

Active listening skills

Effective collaboration techniques and customer focus

Experience using verbal and written communications skills

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel. MS-Project and MS-PowerPoint)

Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum.Preferred:
