Experienced (Lead) Carpenter – High-Performance & Energy-Efficient Homes

Location: Eugene, OR Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (DOE) Employment Type: Full-time

We’re a custom residential construction company specializing in high-performance, energy-efficient homes. Our projects prioritize sustainability, quality work, and thoughtful design. We’re looking for an Experienced Carpenter to join our team. Those with estimating experience or a background in energy-efficient construction will receive extra consideration.

What We’re Looking For:

· Skilled in framing, siding, window/door installation, and trim work.

· Able to read and interpret plans.

· Knowledge of airtight construction, energy-efficient detailing, and sustainable building techniques is a big plus.

· Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team.

· Have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and your own tools.

· Experience with estimating? Extra consideration given.
