Demolition Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Demolition Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support our demolition projects through hands-on work, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the demolition of structures, interiors and other constructions

Safely operate hand and power tools as required

Remove debris, and recyclable materials from demolition sites and keeping site clean and workable

Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Prepare job sites by erecting temporary barriers and warning signs

Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

Maintain equipment and report any issues or malfunctions

Ensure proper disposal of materials in compliance with local regulations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in demolition or general construction is preferred but not required

Ability to operate basic demolition tools and equipment

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs or more)

Good understanding of safety practices and guidelines

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow detailed instructions

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license is a plus

You must have be able to have your own transportation to job sites

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Working indoor and outdoors in varying weather conditions
