On-Site Staff - Office or Maintenance - Apartment Groves

We are looking for people to help with an apartment community for the following.

Office On-Staff

Show units to prospective tenants.

To help with keeping the property neat and clean.

Help with maintenance as needed.

Work with the main office in Houston.

Maintenance

Work on tenants maintenance work order request (basically any thing that can break or needs attention in and apartment unit).

Work on making units ready to lease out after a tenant moves out (i.e. painting, flooring, minor plumbing, minor electrical etc. Basically everything that would need to be done to an apartment unit.

Work on exterior of the building with issues that need to be fixed or needs attention to.

To help with keeping the property neat and clean.

Help the office as needed.

Work with the main office in Houston.
