Assistant Project Manager

State Mechanical is a mid-sized commercial plumbing contractor specializing in new construction from full ground up builds to tenant improvements. We are currently on projects throughout western Washington. The ideal candidate would have some experience in construction project management and has a working knowledge of CAD. Candidates should have superior communication and organization skills. We are looking for a self-driven individual with a strong work ethic eagerness to learn, improve and grow with us.

Responsibilities

· Manage individual projects from permitting to close out documents.

· Ability to prepare construction shop drawings in CAD and PDF.

· Apply for permits.

· Submit on products.

· Obtain pricing on and purchase materials.

· Organizes and prioritize day to day activities.
