Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Pasadena law firm seeking part-time administrative assistant with excellent communication, organization, and computer skills to assist with correspondence, scheduling, filing, document management, mailings, reception and phone overflow assistance. Must have positive attitude and be a team-player.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Draft correspondences
Plan and schedule appointments
Manage attorney calendar
Cover receptionist
Perform all other office tasks
Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team
Maintain clerical records
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Other associated tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a legal office setting
Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to operate office equipment including phones
Knowledge of office telephone and greeting etiquette
Demonstrate customer service and interpersonal skills
PC computer knowledge (including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe) and willing to learn new software
Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor and attitude at all times with all internal and external parties
Ability to remain professional at all times
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
Schedule is 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
