Project Manager for Turnovers and Remodels

Looking for an experienced project manager for housing/commercial turnovers and remodels

Pay is negotiable

-Experience and knowledge of turnover work(painting, drywall, plumbing, handyman work)

-Check vacant unit turnovers to meet deadlines

-Keep track of payment to workers and create/keep track of invoicing and scopes of work

-Email, text, phone call communication to workers, managers, etc

-Material delivery and orders
