We’re a busy, well-established residential remodeling company working throughout the Boulder County area and looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our crew. About the Role:

1099 subcontractor position

Full-time, project-based work (kitchens, baths, additions, whole-house remodels)

Work includes framing, trim, cabinet installs, doors/windows, and more

Most jobs located in Boulder County and nearby areas

What We're Looking For:

3+ years experience in residential carpentry/remodeling

Own tools and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to read plans and work independently or as part of a team

Good attitude, punctuality, and clear communication are a must

Bonus if you have:

Experience running small jobs or supervising others

Cabinet-making or custom woodworking experience

OSHA 10/30 certification
