Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled Rough Framers and an experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in residential framing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. The Foreman will oversee job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

Rough Framer Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to frame walls, floors, roofs, and staircases.

Identify and resolve framing issues to ensure structural accuracy.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Work with other tradespeople to ensure accurate and timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Foreman Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate framing crews to ensure quality and efficiency.

Review plans, schedules, and job requirements with project managers.

Identify and address job site issues, including material shortages, structural misalignments, and scheduling conflicts.

Ensure safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed on-site.

Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.

Communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.

Track project progress and materials to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Rough Framers: 3+ years of experience in framing or carpentry.

Foreman: 3+ years of experience in framing with leadership responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and safety procedures.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
