Lead Installer / Foreman – Kitchen & Bath Remodels

We’re a fast-growing home improvement studio specializing in high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodels, cabinet and flooring installation, and custom tile work. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction, we’re looking to add a skilled Lead Installer / Foreman to our crew.

Position Overview:

As the Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day installations on job sites—from demolition to final finishes. You’ll lead a small crew, ensure project timelines are met, maintain quality standards, and communicate with clients and project managers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and perform installations for kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, and tile

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans

Supervise and coordinate a small team of installers/laborers

Ensure quality workmanship and maintain a clean, organized job site

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Manage tools, materials, and daily progress

Identify and troubleshoot installation issues on-site

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential remodeling or similar trades

Strong skills in cabinetry, tile, and flooring installation

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed plans

Excellent leadership and time management skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong communication and problem-solving ability

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
