What You’ll Do:

Perform water & mold damage mitigation, including removing damaged drywall, flooring, and other materials

Set up and monitor drying equipment to restore properties

Document job progress using industry software (we’ll train you!)

Communicate with customers professionally and clearly

Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

What We’re Looking For:

Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
