Customer Service Representative – Compassionate Support for Elderly Pa

What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls from elderly patients with kindness and professionalism

Help verify and confirm patient information accurately

Perform very basic computer tasks like copying and pasting text or opening a browser window

Maintain a calm, caring tone and ensure patients feel heard and supported

Comfortable with simple computer use (copy/paste, browsing the internet)
