As a Lead Producer, you will take a leadership role in driving and defining Apple's presence across digital marketing, commerce platforms, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.DescriptionWorking with a wide array of business stakeholders and partners to lead and execute the strategy, creative development, and production of Apple’s interactive marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of key projects for high-profile launches, campaigns, platforms and corporate initiatives. Lead development of marketing content for multiple digital platforms using a variety of project management tools to structure and scope complex digital and interactive projects with multiple work streams. Drive the planning and coordination of cross functional teams, collaborating with multiple team members, partners, and suppliers in order to meet the evolving needs of the business. Recommend solutions that break ground in digital interaction and drive alignment among stakeholders. Prioritize projects and ongoing changes in real time, refining the interactive process when necessary to meet the requirements of the project. Identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage expectations. Work with senior-level executives and stakeholders to provide interactive marketing insights and strategy.Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital project management, with at least 7 years of experience independently leading and program management of complex projects.
Proficient in digital communication platforms and technologies, with a strong focus on overseeing marketing campaigns within the marketing communications industry.
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders, creative, production, and technology teams.

Experienced in managing digital marketing communications and campaigns across all channels and platforms, including digital commerce, with a strong proficiency in the latest internet advancements and technologies.
Skilled at building rapport, credibility, and influence among multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
Comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
Successful track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple platforms.
Highly organized, with an attention to detail and talent for creating efficiencies to streamline processes.
Knowledge of working with international teams to support localization and bespoke market campaigns.
Experience in an interactive agency is preferred.
