Looking for a reliable, Part-time Maintenance Tech for an apartment complex in Clare, MI. 20 hours a week. Mon-Fri 8-12 pm. Some plumbing, electrical and basic maintenance experience preferred, and must have your own vehicle, preferably a truck. Must live within 20 miles of Clare.

The job would be perfect for a retiree or other adult looking for extra cash!
