We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our team for commercial projects
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and building codes
System Installation- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ductwork, and control systems in commercial buildings
Maintenance- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
Repairs - Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including mechanical and electrical components
Blueprint Interpretation- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and requirements for HVAC systems
Compliance- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations, as well as company standards
Collaboration- Work alongside other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
Documentation - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman, with a focus on commercial projects
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
Prior experience using Hand tools, Power tools required Need to have all necessary tools
Position may require a drug screen Background check required
