Line Cooks – Cochecton Pump House (Seasonal Position, May–October)

The Cochecton Pump House—a one-of-a-kind seasonal outdoor bar, restaurant, and event space—is looking for dependable, full and part time Line Cooks with good vibes to join our kitchen team for the 2025 season!

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and motivated individuals who can handle a fast-casual kitchen with a fun summer party vibe

A team player who works well under pressure during busy shifts

Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person

Must be comfortable working in an outdoor kitchen environment

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. Plus add your own ideas for seasonal weekly specials

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Work efficiently during high-volume hours

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay $18-$24 per hour plus tips (hourly rate commensurate with experience)
