PART TIME Entry Level Office Assistant Needed
We are a growing mental health group practice in need of a PT office assistant. Hours would start at 5 per week (ideally some every day) and can increase (with need and performance) to a max of 10 per week. This is a 1099 position and will not grow to FT. You can choose the hour(s) that you work per day.
Duties include:
- scheduling (meetings, sessions, zooms, appointments)
- organizing (email folders, calendars, google drive, client forms)
- billing (managing payments, invoices, creating statements for clients)
- payroll
- interfacing with clients having trouble with virtual programs
- keeping notes at meetings
- mailings (paperwork, promo materials)
You will be loaned a company owned chromebook for this position. The office is in Newburgh, and you are welcome to work in the office when available, otherwise this can be completely remote.
