Tank Builder-Welder Immediate Openings! Ochoco Manufacturing - OMCO

Our business is growing, and we need dependable Tank Builders – Welders.

Desirable schedule; four-day work week with Friday off. This is a full-time day shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week.

Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality are required.

We produce customized water tanks, fire engines, street flushers, and de-icer bodies.

Ochoco Manufacturing Corporation, a family-owned business in Prineville, has been operating since 1978.

We provide an excellent opportunity for applicants with the following qualities:

Experienced MIG welder

1. Must have basic welding skills and knowledge

2. Must be able to pass a fundamental welding skills test

3. We are willing to provide training and support for the right candidate to achieve

performance levels at or above expectations

Required Job duties:

Constructing, with attention to detail, stainless steel and mild steel tanks from pre-formed sheeting and plating

Focus on performing quality welding operations both inside and outside of the tank

Operating a plasma cutter with precision

Working in confined spaces for short durations

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects weighing less than 75 pounds
