Massage Therapist Position Available at Masters Medical Massage

Masters Medical Massage is seeking highly skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our team. Our clinic is well-established in the Rogue Valley with a strong referral network and trust from the medical community.

We are a diverse group of providers, each bringing unique skills and strengths to enhance the care we provide to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment focused on meeting the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality massage therapy services.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

- Navigate technology for scheduling and documentation, as there is no front desk support.

- Maintain attention to detail, especially regarding various insurance policies and their specifics.

Employment Details:

- Position: Employee (W-2)

- Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), end-of-year bonuses, and matching retirement account contributions.

- Shifts Available:

- Morning: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (last massage at 1:30 PM)

- Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM (last massage at 7:00 PM), ideal for serving the public school community.

Compensation:

- Starting pay: $45/hour, with higher wages available for applicants with exceptional proficiency and/or experience.

- Ability for quick advancement with 3 month and 6 month reviews
