Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F (flexible after 6 months)

Compensation: Starting at $17/hr, adjusted for experience and training

Basic Overview:

Position Overview:

The embroidery machine operator will be tasked with the handling of all products from start to finish in the embroidery department. This will start when the product is brought to you from receiving, with a work order, until you return it to shipping. The orders will be required to be handled and executed with a high level of precision and quality. Some sewing experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, weekly cleanings of the department

Task with the handling of embroidery products from start to finish

Work orders are provided from the production manager, upon completion, the finished products are returned to the production manager

Execute embroidery tasks provided from work orders

Orders demand precision with a strong eye for detail to ensure a high quality product is being produced

Ensure the accuracy and quality of embroidery products

Carry themselves with a high level of professionalism

Maintain a safe working environment

Maintain their embroidery machines while troubleshooting problems and breakdowns

Basic understanding of math

8 hour shifts, M-F 7:00am- 3:30pm
