Seeking Professional Front Desk/Manager for Our Chiropractic Office
Brilliant Life Chiropractic
- Compensation: $18/hour starting pay, up to $20/hour after 90 day probation, plus performance bonuses and 401k benefits
- Employment Type: Part-time (25-30 hours/week)
- Experience Level: Entry-level (office management experience preferred but not required)
- Schedule: Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday (3-4 days/week)

About the Position
As the face of our office, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional, feel-good customer service to every patient
- Answer calls with a smile, schedule appointments using Jane (our EHR system), and manage daily payments
- Greet patients warmly, bid them farewell, and keep the office running smoothly
- Handle back-office tasks like insurance verification, emails, and patient statements
- Support the doctor with clear communication about schedules and messages
- Foster a positive, uplifting atmosphere for everyone

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required)
- 2+ years of office management experience (preferred but not necessary)
- Strong computer skills
