As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Nursery Laborer and Bulk Material Handler.

Position Overview: As a Nursery Laborer and Bulk Material Handler, you will play a key role in maintaining the nursery and assisting with the handling, loading, and unloading of bulk materials such as soil, mulch, gravel, and other landscaping products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and with a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining, and caring for plants and nursery stock.

Handle and organize bulk materials including soil, mulch, and gravel.

Load and unload trucks with bulk materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Operate machinery such as forklifts, skid steer, and other equipment safely.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of nursery grounds and storage areas.

Help customers by providing friendly and knowledgeable service when needed.

Perform general landscaping duties and ensure products are properly stored and displayed.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a nursery or landscaping environment is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 40 lbs) and perform physical labor.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to operate basic machinery.

Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Valid driver’s license preferred.
