Now Hiring: General Manager / Facility Compliance Manager
A large, fast-paced organization is seeking a General Manager / Facility Compliance Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and manage staff and vendor performance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR and Administration to conduct field assessments of new hires, contractors, vendors, and staff.
Monitor work quality, providing performance assessments and feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
Oversee inventory control and management systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies among all staff, contractors, and vendors.
Participate in interviewing prospective employees.
Conduct multiple daily walk-throughs of the entire property; document findings with detailed reports and photographs for Administration.
Prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
Follow complex oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and supervising 30+ staff members.
Ability to walk long distances, including up hills and on uneven terrain.
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
No allergies to animals (all types), cleaning products, trees, or plants.
Willingness to work overtime and be on call for emergencies.
Must have a flexible schedule with full-time availability.
Hours 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required to travel between sites.
