Remote Web Dev Interns – Help Apply to Jobs, Shadow Interviews, Build
I’m James, a solo developer running LightningSEO.dev. I build fast, SEO-optimized websites and apps for real clients, and I’ve got a system that’s already getting solid results — now I’m ready to grow with the right people.
I’m looking for motivated developers who are ready to step into the freelance game with me.
⸻
What You’ll Actually Do:
Apply to freelance gigs, job posts, and project leads as part of a team effort
Track and organize responses so we can keep things moving
Shadow me on interviews and client calls — for your experience and mine
Help with actual delivery when we land jobs (no fake intern tasks here)
Assist with practical dev work:
Testing images
Inputting location/service data
Making layout and content tweaks
Adding structured metadata for SEO
The goal is to land work together and deliver it as a team. I’ll teach you the systems I use to move fast, communicate clearly, and build sites that clients are excited about.
⸻
You’ll Fit If You…
Are post-bootcamp or self-taught with 1–4 years of real coding
Have an active GitHub that shows full-stack work
Know your way around HTML, CSS, React, and some backend (Rails preferred, but flexible)
Are curious about SEO, performance, and building sites that work
Are reliable, sharp, and interested in growing your freelance/client experience
