We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Remodel Specialist to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

We seek a motivated and experienced remodel TEAM or CREW specialist with a strong residential construction and renovation background. This role involves hands-on work in various trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical and plumbing, and general construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform residential remodels, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and more

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans

- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients

- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

- Troubleshoot issues and ensure work is completed to code and client expectations

- Keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or general construction

- Proficiency in various trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

- Own tools and reliable transportation

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with high-end finishes

- Knowledge of local building codes

- Bilingual English - Spanish
