Vacation Home Coordinator/Property manager Part time in La Jolla

We are looking for a Vacation Rental Coordinator to help with managing the day to day operational aspects of the business, and resolving issues on a timely basis. This is a perfect role for a well-organized problem solver and great communicator, with demonstrated initiative who is good at wearing multiple hats.
This is a service job and you will be dealing directly with guests.
What you'll do:
Become intimately familiar with 5 luxury short term rental properties
Manage the housekeeping schedules, duties and staff to ensure all properties are cleaned properly and welcome gifts left before check in.
Order and keep up inventory and essentials in all properties as necessary
Oversee all necessary maintenance and coordinate with necessary maintenance staff
Handle inquires and bookings through Airbnb and VRBO
Customer support via phone and email, ranging from check in times to WiFi connectivity and any issues during the stay.
Able to communicate effectively with guests, providing specific property details (pool location, parking spot, etc.)
Resolve customer complaints and answer guest inquiries regarding rental services, events, directions, local attractions, etc. in a friendly, professional manner.
Ability to attend to upset guests or neighbors
Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Good command of language and grammar - bonus points if you can also speak Spanish (bilingual and multilingual)

Must be self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently
REQUIRED own transportation to deliver supplies as needed and do walk throughs and check cleanings before check ins.
Limited bookkeeping
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Walk through before each check in, sweep, pick up leaves, dust off/clean exterior furniture, ping pong table etc to create perfect moment when the guests walk in.
Turn music on and be available for in person walk throughs if necessary.
Refill propane tanks for BBQ and outdoor firepit.

Be willing to clean any of the homes in an emergency if a problem arises.
Will be doing quarterly reports for each rental to turn into City
What you'll bring:
Work experience in a customer service and/or property management role preferred
Experience in the vacation rental space is a plus
Must be experienced and savvy with all forms of technology
Problem solving and a customer service focused mentality are a must
Must be willing to be on call
Must be able to travel to properties as needed
People person who is comfortable meeting and greeting guests and checking them into properties
Able to multitask on cellphone, computer and more
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
