Modular homes involve manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites to be assembled by general contractors. We are seeking an experienced Plumber with knowledge of residential and commercial builds.Responsibilities

Install water, vent, and waste pipes, along with appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and dishwashers in modular units.

Install pipes for water and gas.

Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using coupling, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvents, caulking, or soldering.

Assemble fittings and valves for installation.

Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles using hand and power tools, or machines.

Follow instructions on installation.

Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

5+ years of experience in commercial and residential new builds.

Knowledge of plumbing applications.

Ability to read blueprints.

Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and be a team player.

Skilled in interpersonal communication and establishing effective working relationships.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with construction, commercial construction, residential construction, and plumbing.

Knowledge of PVC and mechanical piping installation.
