Mazda certified auto mechanic needed for a car repair

2021 mazda cx-30 - warning lights on dash for adaptive headlights AND adaptive cruise control. Both of these systems actually work perfectly but when the system thinks an adjustment is needed it won't allow the lights to be turned off, and my dealership will charge me huge bucks to fix. I need this taken care of to pass my yearly auto inspection. It's a catch-22 and I need assistance please.
