Construction Laborer (Housing and Relocation Available)

Seeking a Carpenter/ Skilled Laborer to join our renovation team to help perform all aspects of property remodeling (no licensing required). Initial job site is on a 5 acre 20 unit boutique Hotel and Spa and nearby properties in charming and pastoral Londonderry, VT. This can be a fulltime position for a growing real estate portfolio. Housing available for any candidate willing to relocate or otherwise needing local accommodations. Compensation starts at $25/hr ($20/hr if housing is needed).

Responsibilities Include:

Performing basic carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finish carpentry.

Installing cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, and other fixtures.

Assisting with flooring installations (tile, wood, laminate).

Preparing surfaces and assisting with painting and finishing.

Assisting with demolition and debris removal safely and efficiently.

Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential renovations preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions closely.
