DVSAS is hiring an Office Manager!
The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of DVSAS. Primary responsibilities include accounting support, administrative management, and agency communications and outreach support. This role also provides supervision for reception, administrative volunteers and interns, and employment placements through the Community Jobs Program. The Office Manager is also responsible for providing effective oversight of administrative projects, including the provision of administrative support and file management for accreditation compliance. The Office Manager works closely with the Operations Director and Accounting Manager to assess internal processes, manage resources, and support projects in alignment with agency goals.
