Warehouse Operations Manager Opportunity!

Are you a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who thrives on variety and enjoys taking on new challenges every day? We’re a family-owned manufacturing company specializing in tire repair products, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who has a knack for problem-solving, enjoys wearing many hats, and is eager to build a long-term career with us and grow alongside the company for years to come. You’ll play a key role in managing people, overseeing production lines, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring our warehouse and production processes run efficiently and successfully. Ideally, you'll also have some hands-on building maintenance skills, but this is not a requirement.

Prior warehouse management experience is preferred but not required by any means—we encourage anyone who believes they’d be a great fit to apply, regardless of previous job titles.

We are open to suggestions on working hours; for example, three 12-hour days, four 10-hour days, etc. We can work with you to find a schedule that best fits your needs.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee and manage our warehouse operations and production lines.

- Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals.

- Troubleshoot and fix equipment to keep things running efficiently

- Run reports and track performance through our system.

- Ensure everything in the warehouse is organized, safe, and productive.

What We’re Looking For:

- A versatile, mechanically skilled individual who can handle a variety of tasks.

- Experience with equipment maintenance and repair, both in the warehouse and beyond.

- Basic knowledge in computers to print reports and track progress.

- Someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys solving problems.
