MAINTENANCE WORKER

maintenance worker: We are looking for someone full-time to work in an apartment building getting apartments ready to rent and keeping the building clean. Duties include but not limited to painting, vacuuming, cleaning apartment and appliances. Install stove and refrigerators. You would also be responsible to help out with yard work including shoveling and lawn mowing. Will train the right person for future growth in the company.
