Job Title: Accountant or Bookkeeper

We are a busy trucking company with an in-house truck service shop, seeking a reliable and experienced Accountant or Bookkeeper to join our team. This position involves both bookkeeping responsibilities and regular customer interaction.

Please Note:

QuickBooks Online experience is required.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Reconcile multiple bank accounts using QuickBooks Online

Run depreciation schedules for assets

Apply amortization

Perform data entry tasks in QuickBooks

Assist with general office tasks as needed

Compensation & Employment Type:

Pay and other details will be discussed during the interview

Position available as W2 or 1099
