Maid for move in/out cleaning

I'm looking for a move in / out cleaning person.

Must have experience cleaning vacant houses as well as the tools and transportation. I need someone ASAP.

I WILL PAY YOU $140 PER JOB for under 1500sqft. If windows or kitchen appliances needed then we pay more.

Larger houses also pay more.
