Building Maintenance Technician

PDS Tech is seeking candidates to fill a Building Maintenance Technician position in Rochester, NYTo maintain warehouse tour ready including sweeping cleaning and taking out dumpsters.Perform minor maintenance jobs and repairs in the warehouse, (installing or uninstalling barriers etc.).Perform monthly Fire extinguisher inspections and dock inspections.Help with other functions in the warehouse and be willing to go to the other Thermo Fisher Plants and full fill work assignements as needed.Be willing to get trained in other positions to back fill when employees are out on PTOAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
