Job Description:

We are starting a Job October.20th. We seek a skilled Journeyman Carpenter with 5-10 years of experience, proficient in the core carpentry skills including decking, stairs and railing installation, layout, roofing, and shingles installation.

Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry work such as framing, decking, stair and railing installation

Carry out accurate layout work to ensure projects meet specifications

Install and repair roofs including shingles following best practices

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

5 to 10 years proven carpentry experience

Strong skills in decks, stairs, railing, roofing, and shingles installation

Ability to read blueprints and perform precise layouts

Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes

Physically able to work at heights and handle job demands

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

Must own and provide basic hand tools necessary for the trade
