Customer Success Manager, DeviantArt (East Coast)
As an Artist Success Manager for DeviantArt, you'll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with top sellers on the platform, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You'll design and implement support programs, represent their voice in key decisions, and help them maximize the value of DeviantArt's products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting artists. In your day-to-day, you will: Design and implement support programs for top sellers, including onboarding, ongoing support, and feedback collection Build strong relationships with top users, gathering feedback and representing their needs in product decisions Advocate for top users' success by addressing their business needs and ensuring satisfaction with DeviantArt products Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, such as Community, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product Management Identify and propose new products or services to meet strategic users' needs Communicate product functionalities and value propositions clearly and conciselyWarning: Work environment and duties may expose the successful applicant to imagery or photographs designed to be deliberately offensive, obscene, and may depict unacceptable or illegal content.
